LEVEL99 at Disney Springs is an immersive social gaming experience where adults and teens can take on more than 60 life-sized physical, mental and skill-based challenges. Located on the West Side of Disney Springs, this expansive, two-story attraction combines teamwork, friendly competition, interactive art and fast-paced fun—all under one roof.
LEVEL99 is approximately 4 miles from Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa. Travel time is generally around 10–15 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
At check-in, each player receives an interactive Veloband that unlocks the games and keeps track of progress. Teams can complete challenges in any order and attempt them as many times as they would like during their reserved play period. Most games last between one and four minutes and are designed for teams of two to six players. Challenges test a variety of abilities, including communication, logic, memory, balance, agility and problem-solving.
There are three main ways to play:
Challenge Rooms
Work together to complete themed physical, mental and skill-based challenges while earning stars for your team.
Player-vs.-Player Duels
Compete directly against friends and family in quick, action-packed games designed to put your skills to the test.
Hunt Art
Explore more than 40 original works of art throughout the venue while searching for hidden symbols and earning additional stars. Your progress is saved after each visit, allowing you to return, continue collecting stars and climb the leaderboard.
Players can pause the action and refuel with scratch-made food and beverages. The menu includes award-winning Detroit-style pizza, wagyu burgers, shareable appetizers and other satisfying favorites.
The venue also features a two-story bar serving handcrafted cocktails and a curated selection of local and specialty beers. Food and drinks may be purchased separately from admission. Hours are subject to change. Visit the official LEVEL99 website before your trip for current operating hours and availability.
LEVEL99 offers timed tickets for 1.5 or 2.5 hours of gameplay. Pricing varies according to the day and time of your visit. One ticket provides access to all challenges during the selected play period, with no separate charge for individual games.
Advance reservations are recommended, although walk-ins may be accepted when capacity allows. All participants must complete a waiver before entering, and guests under 18 must have their waiver signed by a legal guardian.

Because many LEVEL99 challenges involve running, jumping, crawling and climbing, guests should wear comfortable athletic clothing and sneakers. Breathable, close-fitting attire is recommended, as bulky or baggy clothing may interfere with gameplay. High heels are not permitted because they can damage the challenges.
LEVEL99 may also deny admission to guests wearing visibly soiled or severely torn clothing; clothing, hats or jewelry featuring offensive language, imagery or signs of gang affiliation; or clothing that exposes underwear or excessive portions of skin considered inappropriate for a family environment.
Management reserves the right to enforce or modify its policies. Guests should review the official LEVEL99 House Policy before visiting.
After testing your teamwork and skills at LEVEL99, return to the comfort of Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa.
