We do offer handicapped accessible suites, which will display if available, during the booking process.  If you have further questions, please email reservations@lbvorlandoresort.com or call 866-401-2699 to reserve an accessible suite.

Your stay includes complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld. Book your seats in advance through Fabulous Buses, your promo code will be waiting for you at check-in.

We are a self-catering resort which means we do not offer daily housekeeping services.  Most guests do not choose to have any services however, we do offer housekeeping service options that can be scheduled once you arrive at the hotel and at least 24 hours in advance. 

There are three different types of services available to choose from: Full Cleaning, Light Touch Service and Fresh Touch.

We'll do our best to accommodate your group! Please note that group rates and benefits apply to parties of 10 or more guests. While we can't guarantee specific buildings or floors, you're welcome to add a special request to your reservation. We recommend contacting our Group Sales team early, by filling out our Group Vacation Contact Form so we can do our best to keep your group together!
