A: Reflections Spa & Salon is located on the 6th floor of Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa's main lobby building (Building 4). Our address is 8113 Resort Village Drive, Orlando, Florida 32821. From the main resort lobby, ask staff for directions to the spa, or follow spa signage throughout the resort. Parking is free at any available spot on the resort property.

Our spa is licensed (License #MM21151) and located within the resort's main building, making it very convenient if you're staying on property or visiting the resort. Upon arrival, check in at our front desk, and our spa concierge will get you settled. 

A: No. Reflections Spa & Salon welcomes both resort guests and the public. Whether you're visiting Orlando, enjoying a stay nearby, or you're a local resident, you're invited to book an appointment and enjoy a relaxing spa experience. To book your appointment, simply book online or call us at (407) 597-0214 Ext. 2. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, though walk-ins are always welcome!

A: Deep Tissue and Relaxation massages serve very different purposes, and choosing the right one depends on your goals. A Deep Tissue Massage uses firmer pressure and targets specific muscle groups, knots, and areas of chronic tension. This type of massage is ideal for people with muscle soreness, injury recovery, athletic training, or anyone dealing with persistent muscle tightness. The therapist applies sustained pressure using slower strokes and elbows to reach deeper layers of muscle tissue, which can be slightly uncomfortable during the treatment but results in significant relief afterward.

A Relaxation Swedish Massage, by contrast, uses lighter to medium pressure with flowing, rhythmic strokes designed to soothe the nervous system, reduce stress, improve circulation, and promote overall relaxation. It's perfect for vacation stress relief, general wellness, and those seeking a gentle, pampering experience. If you're unsure which is best for you, we recommend consulting with our spa concierge when booking—they can help determine which massage aligns with your current needs. 

A: Upon making your reservations, please notify our Spa Concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant (there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many that can be enjoyed).

A: Yes! Pregnancy massage is one of our specialties, and massage can provide wonderful benefits during pregnancy, such as reducing back pain, decreasing swelling, improving circulation, and promoting relaxation. However, there are important guidelines we follow to ensure safety for both mother and baby. We offer our specialized Mother-To-Be Massage, which is designed specifically for pregnant women and addresses the unique physical and emotional changes of pregnancy. This massage is only available after the first trimester (past 12 weeks), as a precaution. Pregnant women should avoid certain pressure points and techniques, and our therapists are trained in these protocols. When booking, please disclose your pregnancy and trimester, and avoid other massage types designed for non-pregnant clients. Our therapists will position you comfortably (typically on your side with pillows for support rather than face-down), avoid the abdominal area, and focus on relieving the lower back, hip, and leg tension that's common in pregnancy. Prenatal massage can help prepare your body for labor, reduce pain, and promote better sleep—all valuable during pregnancy. If you have a high-risk pregnancy or any complications, consult your OB-GYN before booking.
