Reservations & Booking

Rates, changes, cancellations, and check-in details

For future bookings, please contact us at (407) 956-6103. If you need to extend your stay, please contact the Front Desk and we will be happy to assist.

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation; however, we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the resort, you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process. Our resort policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save. Additionally, group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.

Yes, if you wish to make additional payments on your reservation, please contact our reservations department reservations@lbvorlandoresort.com or 866-401-2699 and we will be happy to assist you.

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms. Please note that changes to a reservation can; however, result in rate changes. 

To change or modify your reservation, please email reservations@lbvorlandoresort.com or call 866-401-2699 and we will be happy to assist you. 

Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select. Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation. Please note: Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

If you decide to make a change to your reservation, such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you!

We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation, but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Please email reservations@lbvorlandoresort.com or note them at the time of your reservation.

Guests must be 21 years old with a credit card in their name in order to check in to the resort. 

Yes! We offer exclusive discounts for military personnel, Florida residents, and Georgia residents, as well as an early booking discount for guests who plan ahead.

We accept all major credit and debit cards at check-in, including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club International, and Carte Blanche. Please note that a valid form of payment must be presented at the time of check-in.

Absolutely! We'd love to have you plan your future getaway with us. You're welcome to book your stay well in advance. If you already know when you want to visit in 2027 or beyond, don't hesitate to secure your reservation early, especially during peak seasons when availability fills up quickly! 

Resort Suites

Room types, views, layouts, and accessibility

There are 5 buildings at the resort, each with a variety of suites from one bedroom to four bedrooms. Not all room types are available in every building.

You may add a special request to your reservation, but please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed. Keep in mind, some suite types are not available in all buildings and; therefore, your request would not be able to be accommodated.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any extra rollaway beds. Each suite can only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated for that room type.

Wireless Internet Access is included in your daily resort fee and is available in all guestrooms. We do also offer a business center with computers available for a nominal fee (credit card required).

You would need to reserve the specific room type to guarantee it. If the view room type is available for your requested dates, it will display along with the standard room type. We do not offer pool view or firework view on a special request basis.

Yes, all suites have their own private balcony furnished with a table and chairs. Balcony views vary based on unit.

Yes! Every suite features a fully equipped kitchen so you can cook and dine just like home. You'll find a full-size oven and stovetop, full-size refrigerator with icemaker, dishwasher, coffee maker (with a starter pack of coffee), pots and pans, ceramic plates, glassware, and silverware.

We do offer handicapped accessible suites, which will display if available, during the booking process.  If you have further questions, please email reservations@lbvorlandoresort.com or call 866-401-2699 to reserve an accessible suite.

Yes, Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is committed to providing an accessible and comfortable experience for all guests. Our property features pathway and sidewalk accessibility throughout, elevator access to all floors, and dedicated Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant suites equipped with roll-in showers, grab bars, and lowered fixtures. We encourage guests with specific accessibility needs to contact our front desk team directly at (407) 396-0500 so we can ensure the right accommodations are arranged for your stay.

Yes, each suite has a safe in the master/primary bedroom closets.

Our guest rooms are equipped with Type A and Type B standard US electrical outlets (120V/60Hz). These are compatible with all devices using standard American plugs.

International guests will need a plug adapter and/or voltage converter for devices from outside the United States.

Resort Fees & Policies

The daily resort fee covers self-parking, Wi-Fi, and local phone calls. Please note the resort fee is subject to change.

Smoking is not permitted in hotel suites. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking locations. Should evidence of smoking be discovered inside your suite, a $250 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.

Cannabis: We expect all guests staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa to be aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding the use of cannabis and related products in accordance with the Florida Statue which does not allow for the smoking of cannabis, regardless of medical status, in any public area. Public areas at this hotel include the pool area, parking area, building corridors and courtyards, and all other areas, indoor and outdoor, throughout the property. Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $350 and eviction from the property. For more information, read more here.

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.

Great news, parking is included in your daily resort fee! As a registered guest, you're welcome to park up to two vehicles per suite at no additional cost. You'll receive your parking passes at check-in, so you'll be all set from the moment you arrive!

Yes, our pools are heated all fall and winter long, based upon the pool and outside temperatures.

We recommend booking your appointment in advance to secure your preferred time, though walk-ins are always welcome! Reflections Spa & Salon is currently open with limited hours and services.

Not at all! Reflections Spa & Salon is open to everyone, resort guests and non-guests alike. We'd love to welcome you in for a relaxing and rejuvenating experience! To book your appointment, simply book online or call us at (407) 597-0214 Ext. 2. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, though walk-ins are always welcome!

All pirates must be at least 48 inches tall to enjoy the Pirate Ship Pool Slide.

Yes, to use the arcade tokens and payment is needed.

The resort has three on-site dining options so you never have to go far for a meal:

  • Frankie Farrell's Irish Pub — A lively full-service pub serving lunch and dinner, with seasonal entertainment and live sports. Families are welcome.
  • LBV Village Bar & Grill — Our poolside bar and grill serving light breakfast, lunch, dinner, and cocktails. The perfect spot to relax after a day at the parks.
  • Pizza Hut Express — Located in Building 1, ideal for a quick and easy meal.
  • LBV Eatery — This is the official food court of the Lake Buena Factory Stores, located within walking distance from our resort.

Guest Services

We are a self-catering resort which means we do not offer daily housekeeping services.  Most guests do not choose to have any services however, we do offer housekeeping service options that can be scheduled once you arrive at the hotel and at least 24 hours in advance. 

There are three different types of services available to choose from: Full Cleaning, Light Touch Service and Fresh Touch.

Luggage carts are located on the ground floors of each building. In buildings 3 and 5, additional luggage carts are also located on the second floor of the parking garage.

At the end of the halls on each floor, there is a room marked TRASH. Please make sure to bring your room key to gain access.

For a nominal fee of $7.00 per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.

In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The resort will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please note: For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

All suites include an in-suite washer and dryer. If you require dry cleaning service, please visit the front desk for details.

Cribs are Pack n Play style and are provided complimentary. Please email reservations@lbvorlandoresort.com to ensure your crib request is added into your reservation. 

Who can I email if I’d like to order a gift or flowers for the room? 

Currently, we are unable to provide any Enhance Your Stay Packages until further notice. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience.

For everyone’s health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to “lost and found” items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out so nothing gets left behind. Thank you for your understanding.

Theme Parks & Transportation

Your stay includes complimentary shuttle service to Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Universal Orlando, and SeaWorld. Book your seats in advance through Fabulous Buses, and your promo code will be waiting for you at check-in.

We're right in the heart of it all! Walt Disney World® is less than 5 miles away, SeaWorld Orlando is less than 7 miles, and Universal Orlando Resort is just 11 miles from our door.

Absolutely! We offer a great concierge desk at this resort where you can purchase all your Disney Theme Park Tickets, dinner shows, sight-seeing tours and more. For more information or to purchase tickets, please contact the resort directly at 407-597-0214 and press option “5” for the concierge desk. 

Please be aware that in addition to purchasing your Disney Theme Park Ticket, you will also need to make a Theme Park Reservation.

Unfortunately, our complimentary shuttle buses don't include a stop at Disney Springs. However, Disney Springs is easily accessible! You can drive and take advantage of the free parking available there, or use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft.

Our shuttle buses are dedicated exclusively to transporting guests between our resort and Orlando theme parks, so they don't make stops at other hotels or resorts. If you need to travel to a nearby resort, rideshare services like Uber or Lyft are a convenient option. 

Our complimentary shuttle buses will get you to all the major theme parks! Fabulous Buses will take you to all Walt Disney World® theme parks, Universal, and SeaWorld, so you can spend less time worrying about transportation and more time enjoying the magic. Be sure to stop by the front desk to grab your promo code before booking your pickup. 

Meeting Rooms & Groups

Absolutely! We love welcoming large groups to the resort. Special group rates may be available for parties of 10 or more guests. Reach out to our Group Sales team by filling out our Group Vacation Contact Form and a sales representative will be happy to help make your group getaway as memorable as possible!

We'll do our best to accommodate your group! Please note that group rates and benefits apply to parties of 10 or more guests. While we can't guarantee specific buildings or floors, you're welcome to add a special request to your reservation. Yes! We'd love to help you celebrate. Our meeting spaces are available for birthday parties, family reunions, and other special occasions. Contact our Group Sales team to reserve your space.

Yes! We have on-site meeting rooms perfect for group gatherings, team events, reunions, and more. Contact our Group Sales team by filling out our Group Vacation Contact Form to check availability and get details on capacity and pricing.

 

Absolutely! Our meeting rooms are open to non-resort guests as well. We do ask that non-guest bookings be made at least one month in advance to ensure everything is ready for your event. Yes! Wi-Fi is available throughout the resort, including in our meeting rooms, so you can stay connected throughout your event.

Yes! The resort offers free parking for registered guests, as well as meeting room attendees.

Yes! To put together the perfect golf package proposal for you, we'll need a few details to get started:

Absolutely! Booking your tee times is included as part of your golf package. It's one less thing for you to worry about so you can focus on enjoying your game!

Great question! Please note that unlike a standard resort reservation, payment for golf packages is due in full 30 days prior to your arrival date. If you have any questions about payment or need assistance, contact our golf sales manager.

 

Around the Resort

Yes! We have a convenience store right on property in Building 1, perfect for grabbing snacks, refreshments, pizza, and more. For a larger grocery run, there's a Publix and a Walmart just about 1 mile away, both located on Vineland Rd in Kissimmee. 

Yes, we have an ATM machine in building 4 in the lobby area.

You're in luck — the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores outlet mall is located directly across the street from the resort, making it the most convenient shopping option during your stay. It's perfect for grabbing great deals between park days!

The closest emergency room to the resort is AdventHealth Palm Parkway ER (7823 Palm Pkwy, Orlando), located approximately 3–4 miles away and open 24 hours. Call (407) 550-0500.

For a full-service hospital, Orlando Health Dr. P. Phillips Hospital (9400 Turkey Lake Rd, Orlando) is approximately 6 miles away and also includes a dedicated pediatric emergency room through Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children — ideal for families. Call (407) 351-8587.

Yes — the resort is surrounded by great shopping options. The Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores outlet mall (open Mon–Sat 10am–8pm, Sun 11am–7pm) is located directly across the street, offering a wide variety of brand-name outlets at discounted prices, perfect for a quick shopping trip between park days.

Disney Springs is also just a short drive away (approximately 10–15 minutes) and is free to enter. It features over 100 shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, open daily from 10am with extended hours on weekends.

Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 17–18 miles from the resort, with an average drive time of 25–30 minutes depending on traffic. Transportation options include:

  • Rental Car — Available at the airport; free parking is included in your resort fee.
  • Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) — Typically costs $40–$65 and takes about 25–30 minutes. Uber and Lyft pickup is available at MCO.
  • Taxi — Available directly from the airport; typically costs $50–$65 and takes about 25 minutes.
  • Airport Shuttle — Shared and private shuttle services such as Prime Time Shuttle offer scheduled service to the resort starting around $35 per person.

The resort does not offer its own airport shuttle service. We recommend booking transportation in advance, especially during peak travel seasons.

For a more upscale shopping experience, The Mall at Millenia offers a luxurious retail environment with high-end brands. The Florida Mall is also a great option with a wide variety of stores, dining, and entertainment all under one roof.

Yes! The Pointe Orlando on International Drive features over 40 unique stores, restaurants, and live entertainment — a great option for an evening out!
