A: No. Reflections Spa & Salon welcomes both resort guests and the public. Whether you're visiting Orlando, enjoying a stay nearby, or you're a local resident, you're invited to book an appointment and enjoy a relaxing spa experience. To book your appointment, simply book online or call us at (407) 597-0214 Ext. 2. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, though walk-ins are always welcome!

 

 

A: Reflections Spa & Salon is open Thursday through Monday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and is closed Tuesday and Wednesday. We accept both online bookings and walk-ins, though booking in advance is recommended, especially during peak season (holidays, summer vacations, spring break). During busy times, our most popular time slots fill up quickly.

You can book online at our Booker platform or call (407) 597-1695 to speak with our spa concierge.

For walk-ins, availability depends on our therapist schedule that day, so don't count on same-day availability during peak times. We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance during regular seasons and 1-2 weeks in advance during holidays and major events. If you need a specific therapist or time slot, book even further in advance.
