For your convenience, we have compiled answers to common questions you may have in order to make your day at Reflections Spa & Salon a relaxing experience.

  • Where is the Spa Located?
    Reflections Spa & Salon is located on the 6th floor of Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa’s main lobby building.
  • What time shall I arrive?
    To enhance your experience, please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax in the lounge and sauna.
  • What should I not bring to the Spa?
    Lockers are available for clothing; however, it is recommended that you leave valuable items in the safe in your guest room or at home.
  • Where can I park?
    You may park at any available spot on property, free of charge.
  • Cell phones must be turned off while you are in the Spa.
  • Do you have to be a certain age to enjoy spa treatments?
    Spa face and body services can be enjoyed by guests that are 16 years and older. Finishing touches can be provided to all ages.
  • Are gift cards available from the Spa?
    You may purchase gift certificates for any service or dollar amount. Spa gift cards can be used toward services, retail or home care purchases at Reflection Spa boutique. Gift Cards may be purchased online at ReflectionsSpaOrlando.com or in person at Reflections Spa & Salon. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Upon making your reservations, please notify our Spa Concierge if you have high blood pressure, allergies, any physical ailments, disabilities, or if you are pregnant (there are a few services that should be avoided during pregnancy, specifically in the first trimester, but many that can be enjoyed).
  • What if I am late for my treatment?
    Arriving late will simply limit the time of your treatment, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
  • What if I need to cancel my scheduled appointment?
    If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify the spa at least six hours in advance to avoid being charged the full-service fee. If you book within the six-hour cancellation period and fail to show or cancel, you will not be refunded. Cancellations of packages or private parties require one week’s notice. Groups (Minimum of Six Guests) are subject to a four-week cancellation policy.
  • Are gratuities included?
    For your convenience, a 20% gratuity will be added to the full price of the treatment, based on the original service charge not including discounts. The service charge is dispersed to the spa staff members who served you during your visit. Additional gratuities are at your discretion.
  • How do I pay?
    A credit card number is required at the time reservations are made. All major credit cards and travelers checks are accepted.
  • Groups are considered six guests or more, with one party paying. The Reflection Spa is pleased to offer a special discount on services and home care recommendation products.
