Welcome to our full-service resort spa “Reflections Spa & Salon,” which offers a variety of services to please every client, even the little ones! From massages, facials, nails, and kids’ makeovers, we provide the “me” time that is so necessary during a fast-paced resort vacation filled with Orlando theme park visits and fun scheduled activities!

Farmhouse Fresh, Kenra, Paul Mitchell, Olaplex, and  OPI  are some of the high-quality products we are proud to partner with to provide you with a luxurious spa experience that’ll help you feel rested and recharged. Our courteous team members are highly qualified and will go above and beyond to ensure your time with us is extraordinary and forever remembered as a dear part of your magical Orlando spa experience.

Enjoy the perks of our 12,000- square-foot Orlando resort spa by paying us a visit during our business hours. All services will require an advance appointment, although walk-ins are welcome (based on availability). 
We're open Thursday to Monday: 9am – 5pm, and closed Tuesday & Wednesday.

A: Reflections Spa & Salon is located on the 6th floor of Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa's main lobby building (Building 4). Our address is 8113 Resort Village Drive, Orlando, Florida 32821. From the main resort lobby, ask staff for directions to the spa, or follow spa signage throughout the resort. Parking is free at any available spot on the resort property.

Our spa is licensed (License #MM21151) and located within the resort's main building, making it very convenient if you're staying on property or visiting the resort. Upon arrival, check in at our front desk, and our spa concierge will get you settled. 

A: No. Reflections Spa & Salon welcomes both resort guests and the public. Whether you're visiting Orlando, enjoying a stay nearby, or you're a local resident, you're invited to book an appointment and enjoy a relaxing spa experience. To book your appointment, simply book online or call us at (407) 597-0214 Ext. 2. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time, though walk-ins are always welcome!

We require at least six hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling of individual massage appointments. If you cancel or reschedule with more than six hours' notice before your appointment, there is no charge. If you cancel or reschedule within the six-hour window, or if you book an appointment within six hours and then don't show up, you will be charged the full service fee.

For package bookings or private spa events, we require one week's notice for cancellations.

For group bookings (minimum of six guests), we have a four-week cancellation policy to allow us to adjust staffing and resources accordingly. We understand that vacation plans sometimes change unexpectedly, so we encourage clients to call us at (407) 597-1695 as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. This policy helps us manage our therapist schedules and ensure we can accommodate other guests while respecting our staff's time.
