Feeling more outdoorsy? Head out to Winter Garden and take a leisurely stroll through historic downtown Winter Garden and indulge in delectable treats from the local eateries. Partake in their Annual All-American Kids Parade and Pancake Breakfast that happens on Tuesday, July 4 and watch the Parade line up at 9:45 a.m. at the Winter Garden Masonic Lodge for the 10 a.m. kick-off, preceded by a kids-eat-free pancake breakfast. Later on enjoy the Party in the Park & Fireworks Display happening at 9:15 pm in Newton Park.
Magic Kingdom Park:
The Magic Kingdom Park at Walt Disney World Resort is synonymous with enchantment and spectacle, and their fireworks display is no exception. “Happily Ever After” is a breathtaking nighttime extravaganza that lights up the sky above Cinderella Castle during all regular nights. But Disney always celebrates 4th of July with an even bigger bang! This seasonal presentation is certainly an unforgettable one! Find a spot on Main Street U.S.A. or the hub area for the perfect view. The combination of fireworks, projections, and a stunning soundtrack will leave you in awe.
Epcot’s “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth” is an iconic fireworks show that takes place over the World Showcase Lagoon all year long. The show beautifully showcases the spirit of unity and world culture, making it an ideal choice for the 4th of July if you are visiting during another night around the 4th of July. Because as mentioned above, Disney goes even bigger on fireworks for the fourth! Grab a spot near the lagoon, find a table at one of the waterfront restaurants, or consider booking a fireworks dessert party for an unforgettable experience.
Lake Eola Park:
Located in the heart of downtown Orlando, Lake Eola Park offers a picturesque setting for fireworks viewing. The annual “Fireworks at the Fountain” event features live music, food vendors, and a spectacular fireworks display reflecting off the shimmering lake. Bring a blanket, set up camp on the lawn, and enjoy the community atmosphere as you celebrate Independence Day in Orlando. The 46th annual Fireworks at the Fountain happens on Tuesday, July 4 at Lake Eola Park. From 4 to 10 p.m.
Old Town Kissimmee:
Another great spot to visit is Old Town Kissimmee that offers free entertainment and fireworks!
Celebrate the Red, White, and Blue with free fireworks presented by Old Town and Fun Spot America Kissimmee. The fun happens at the Old Town Main Stage at the 192 in Kissimmee and it’s not just nighttime entertainment. There will be an full day of fun including DJ, games, prizes, entertainment and live music from 6 pm-10 pm and fireworks starting at 9pm.
Red Hot and Boom:
Kick off your Independence Day celebrations a day early at Red Hot and Boom, an annual festival held at Cranes Roost Park in nearby Altamonte Springs. This free event offers live music performances, delicious food vendors, and a breathtaking fireworks show. Join the locals and immerse yourself in the festive atmosphere. The event happens on July 3rd for Red Hot and Boom 2023 at Cranes Roost Park in Altamonte Springs. XL106.7 will be broadcasting live starting at 3pm. With performances by McKenna Grace, JP Saxe, Benson Boone, 408, No Lonely Hearts, Olivia Lunny and fireworks at 9:30pm.
Their independence day parade will start in the town center. Music and DJing starts at 5 PM, and the fireworks spectacular commences at 9:20 PM. Bring a chair or blanket.
