Smoking is not permitted in hotel suites. Smoking is allowed only in designated outdoor smoking locations including guest balconies with the sliding door closed to avoid smoke entering the suite. Should evidence of smoking be discovered inside your suite, a $250 fee will be assessed and charged to the credit card on file.

Cannabis: We expect all guests staying at Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa to be aware of and adhere to all applicable laws and hotel policies regarding the use of cannabis and related products in accordance with the Florida Statue which does not allow for the smoking of cannabis, regardless of medical status, in any public area. Public areas at this hotel include the pool area, parking area, building corridors and courtyards, and all other areas, indoor and outdoor, throughout the property. Further to this policy, smoking of any kind is prohibited within any indoor space, including the guests’ rooms. Designated smoking areas are located around the property for tobacco use only. Violations of this policy will result in fines of up to $250 and eviction from the property.

For a nominal fee of $7.00+ per package* you may have packages delivered to the resort. The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation. In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee. The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.

*Please Note: For large or heavy packages, or if the package needs to be held longer than 3 days before check-in, there will be an additional charge. Standard packages are 14”x14”x8” and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

Luggage carts are located on the ground floors of each building. In buildings 3 and 5, additional luggage carts are also located on the second floor of the parking garage.

At the end of the halls on each floor, there is a room marked TRASH. Please make sure to bring your room key to gain access.

We are a self-catering resort which means we do not offer daily housekeeping services.  Most guests do not choose to have any services however,  we do offer housekeeping service options that can be scheduled once you arrive at the hotel and at least 24 hours in advance.

Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select. Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation. Please note: Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance. Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation; however, we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted. Once you arrive at the resort, you can request a late check-out with the front desk. If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.

Cribs are Pack n Play style and are provided complimentary. Please email to ensure your crib request is added into your reservation.

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process. Our resort policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save. Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.

Before going on vacation, many of us like to make sure we have every detail of our trip straightened out. If that is your case, you are probably wondering what the best choice for transportation from the Orlando International Airport to the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa would be.

Renting a car is a great option for guests that are visiting Orlando with their family. That is because Orlando is a very spread out city, so driving is usually the most popular form of transportation in town. Public transportation such as the Lynx buses and the Sunrail are available, but they do not offer comprehensive routes and schedule times to support the vast tourism demand in Orlando.

At the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa we partner with Maingate Transportation to arrange affordable and safe transportation for our guests. You can make a reservation for airport shuttle service by contacting the resort directly at 407-597-0214 and press option “5” for the concierge desk. This service has to be scheduled in advance and payment is required at the time of booking. Please have your flight information when calling, so they can advise you on the available shuttle times. After reservation is confirmed and payment is submitted, we will send you your transportation voucher.

Another option available to travelers is to get a cab at the airport or order an Uber or Lyft from your phone. The Orlando International Airport does allow taxis and ride-sharing services to pick-up and drop-off customers at specific designated spots. For ride-sharing options just download the app of your choice, link a credit card to the account and select your location and desired destination. The application should give you an estimate of how much your ride will cost before you order your ride. That way you can make sure to stay within budget when planning your transportation from the airport to our resort.

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends, we do not allow pets; however, service animals with documentation are accepted.

Parking is included in your daily resort fee for registered guests of the resort and is limited to two vehicles per suite. Parking passes are required .

All suites include an in-suite washer and dryer. If you require dry cleaning service, please visit the front desk for details.

There are 5 buildings at the resort, each with a variety of suites from one bedroom to four bedrooms. Not all room types are available in every building.

You may add a special request to your reservation, but please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed. Keep in mind, some suite types are not available in all buildings and; therefore, your request would not be able to be accommodated.

You would need to reserve the specific room type to guarantee it. If the view room type is available for your requested dates, it will display along with the standard room type. We do not offer pool view or firework view on a special request basis.

YES, We offer complimentary shuttle service with direct transport to the Walt Disney World® Theme Parks, Universal Orlando and Sea World and is available via online reservations through Fabulous Buses.  You will be provided a promo code for complimentary shuttle at check in.

Yes, our pools are heated seasonally based upon the pool and outside temperatures.

The Reflections Spa & Salon is currently open with limited hours and services. Please note that all services will require an advance appointment.

We do offer handicapped accessible suites, which will display if available, during the booking process.  If you have further questions, please email or call 866-401-2699 to reserve an accessible suite.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any extra rollaway beds. Each suite can only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated for that room type.

Wireless Internet Access is included in your daily resort fee and is available in all guestrooms. We do also offer a business center with computers available for a nominal fee (credit card required).

Absolutely! We offer a great concierge desk at this resort where you can purchase all your Disney Theme Park Tickets, dinner shows, sight-seeing tours and more.
