Whether you have already booked your hotel stay with us or are looking ahead for upcoming travel, we wanted to let you know that we understand your concerns.
Our first priority is the safety of our guests, staff members, owners and travel partners. We continue to urge you to follow the guidelines established by the World Health Organization (WHO), Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and your local health authorities. I am reaching out on behalf of the staySky Hotels & Resorts family to assure you that in times of uncertainty surrounding travel; again, your safety and wellbeing remain our highest priority. Given the rapidly changing information on travel restrictions and cancelled or postponed public events; we want you to know that we are monitoring the situation closely, keeping those who are affected in our hearts, and are listening carefully to information provided by local, state and federal health authorities. I would like to share a few updates that might help as you consider your next visit: Providing a safe and clean environment for all our guests and team members is always a top priority– even more so today. Refunds
Due to the unprecedented volume of travel disruptions, refunds may take up to 8 weeks to process. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Changes to Your Reservation
If you are affected by travel restrictions, we will work with you to adjust your hotel reservations.
- For Non-Refundable Reservations due to arrive through December 31, 2020, we will transfer your reservation to another date through December 31, 2021 based upon availability. However, you must contact us at least 72 hours prior to your original reservation arrival date to make arrangements. If you are unsure of the date of your future travel, we can “suspend” your current reservation and deposit until you are ready to select a new travel date.
- For all other direct booked reservations we, already offer free cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival. You can modify your reservation to another date, cancel by clicking here, or you can call us directly.
- For reservations made through an online travel agent or other third party, we ask that you contact the booking provider for information on their policies.
Know Before You Go!
- Pirates Plunge Pool is open daily from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. Thank you for practicing social distancing.
- Relaxation Pool is open daily from 7:00 am – 10:00 pm. Thank you for practicing social distancing.
- Reflections Spa & Salon is now open with limited hours and services. The spa will open each week; Thursday-Sunday 9am-5pm. Please note these hours are subject to change. Please visit our spa page for more information.
- Fitness Center is open at a limited capacity. Thank you for practicing social distancing.
- Lani’s Luau Poolside Tiki Bar is now open following all mask and social distancing guidelines.
- Frankie Farrell’s Irish Pub is now open and following all mask and social distancing guidelines.
- The Game Room is now open. Thank you for practicing social distancing.
- Face Masks are mandatory; as of June 20th, the Mayor of Orange County mandated everyone must wear a face covering when in a public space. Ages 2 and under exempt.
Temporarily Closed Services
- Pizza Hut/Convenience Store – The Pizza Hut and Convenience Store.
- Theme Park Shuttle Service – In order to minimize the spread of the coronavirus, there will be no shuttle service until further notice. We truly apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.
- Lost and Found – For everyone’s health and safety, we may not be able to hold on to “lost and found” items. Please make sure you have all of your belongings before checking out so nothing gets left behind. Thank you for your understanding.
- Enhance Your Stay Packages – we apologize for the inconvenience but, we are currently unable to provide any Enhance Your Stay options until further notice.

- Disney’s Epcot® Disney’s Hollywood Studios® and Disney’s Animal Kingdom® are currently open by reservation only. Know Before You Go to stay up to date on the Walt Disney World® Resort’s latest safety guidelines.
