As Orlando progresses through each stage of recovery from the global pandemic, Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa continues to work diligently to progress as well while maintaining health and safety standards for both guests and employees. Below is a list of important information and updates as we open up our services in a safe manner.

Changes to Your Reservation
If you are affected by travel restrictions, we will work with you to adjust your hotel reservations.

  • If you booked directly through our website or call center we, offer free cancellation 72 hours prior to arrival (only exception would be Group Reservations which are 7 days prior to arrival). You can modify your reservation to another date, cancel by clicking here, or you can call us directly.
  • For reservations made through an online travel agent or other third party, we ask that you contact the booking provider for information on their policies.

 

Temporarily Closed Services

  • Á la Carte Housekeeping Services are currently unavailable.
  • Enhance Your Stay Packages – we apologize for the inconvenience but, we are currently unable to provide any Enhance Your Stay options until further notice.

Know Before You Go!

  • Pirates Plunge Pool is open daily from 8am – 10pm.
  • Relaxation Pool is open daily from 8am – 10pm.
  • Reflections Spa & Salon is open with limited hours and services. The spa will open each week; Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday & Saturday 9am – 8pm, and Sunday 9am – 5pm. Please note these hours are subject to change; however, advance appointments may be booked online. Please visit our spa page for more information.
  • Lani’s Luau Poolside Tiki Bar is open daily from 9am – 9pm.
  • Frankie Farrell’s Irish Pub is open Monday through Thursday from 4pm – 10pm and Friday through Sunday from 1pm – 10pm. Delivery is offered daily after 5pm.
  • Pizza Hut Cafe Express is open daily from 5pm – 12am
  • Face Masks are Optional for Fully Vaccinated Guests.
  • Game Room is open 24 hrs daily at limited capacity.
  • Fitness Center is open 24 hrs daily at a limited capacity.
  • Convenience Store is open daily from 7am – 1am.
  • Theme Park Shuttle Service – Due to Disney’s on-property transportation changes due to Covid-19; our hotel-provided complimentary shuttle service is currently suspended. The below precautionary response measures are helping us continue to provide a safe and clean environment for our valued guests and staff members:

2020 Best Of Housekeeping - AAA Award

  • Comprehensive COVID-19 guidance from the CDC is in place at all locations, detailing how to protect against transmission of the virus.
  • Our staff have been instructed on CDC guidelines regarding cleanliness to include sanitation and hand-washing requirements that are in place. 
  • In addition to our regular daily cleaning of public areas; emphasis has been placed on increased frequency with special attention paid to door handles, elevator buttons, handrails, and surface areas.
  • In suite cleaning schedules have been enhanced, to include using recommended sanitizing cleaners as well as disinfectants.  

Our ongoing goal and mission is to provide you with a level of comfort that we are doing our part by providing additional precautionary measures at this time.   

We believe in responsible and safe travel while staying vigilant and following the recommended procedures and protocols by (WHO), the (CDC), and local authorities.
