Fun Fall Events in Orlando

Fall has finally arrived in Orlando and we couldn’t be more excited to have some color-changing… drinks and decorations. It’s Florida after all, so we don’t get any color-changing trees around here! But what we lack in fall-colored trees, we make up for in sunshine and perfect pool weather! Orlando doesn’t listen so well when it’s time to show some changing in seasons and that is why YOU, our guest at the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa, get to enjoy summer for longer.

The fall months are a wonderful time to visit Orlando because they are considered low season and prices are great all around; from airfare to hotel rates! Fall also offers plenty of amazing events that you should definitely visit Orlando for. The theme parks offer seasonal events like the Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party at Disney and the scary Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios. But that’s not all! We also have many fun local events that you’ll have a blast exploring:

1- Celebrate and Honor Japanese Culture at the Orlando Japan Festival happening November 4 from 11am-5pm at the Kissimmee Lakefront Park. This annual festival, showcases Japanese culture and features Japanese taiko, music and dance, martial arts demonstrations, raffle drawing, Cosplay Contest, and much more! And the best part? Admissions are FREE!

2– Get Lost in a Wonderland of Sparkling Trees and Holiday Spirit at the Festival of Trees. This lovely festival transforms the Orlando Museum of Art into a glittering wonderland filled with sparkling trees, vignettes, and stunning décor to please visitors of every age! This year’s event will take place from November 9 to 18.

3- Enjoy a Night of Luxury With Hot Mulled Wine, Live Music, and Winery Tours at Lakeridge Winery’s Holiday Open House. For this event, Local Artists and Crafters are invited to display their work, so it’s the perfect opportunity to pick a great gift for your loved ones. Guests will enjoy live music on the outdoor stage and Lakeridge wine, beer, soft drinks and a variety of food is available for purchase, along with complimentary Winery tours and tasting. The event happens November 9 and 10 from 10am to 5pm and November 11 from11am to 5pm. Admission tickets are only $5 for adults and kids 12 and under get in for free!

4- Fall Has More Than Just Pumpkins, Embrace the Season With a Fiesta in the Park at Lake Eola. The event’s mission is to bring family and pet-friendly arts and entertainment to downtown Orlando each spring and fall season. We guarantee you will have a blast browsing through all of the amazing vendors and enjoying a perfect fall day at the park! The event happens on November 3 and 4 at the Lake Eola Park in Downtown Orlando.
