What does the resort fee cover?

The daily resort fee covers the following services; self parking, wi-fi, fitness room, pool towels, theme park shuttle and local phone calls.  The daily resort fee is a mandatory charge whether you use the resort services or not.

Do you offer cribs and what is the charge?

Cribs are Pack n Play style, they are provided complimentary. Please email reservations@staysky.com  to ensure your crib request is added into your reservation.

Who can I email if I’d like to order a gift or flowers for the room?

Can I have packages sent to the hotel prior to my arrival?

For a nominal fee of $5 per package you may have packages delivered to the hotel.  You must include the name on the reservation and arrival date on the package.  Payments for packages can be pre-paid by emailing reservations@staysky.com.  We do ask that packages arrive no earlier than 3 days prior to check-in.  In the event your package does not arrive prior to your departure date, packages may be forwarded with prior arrangements for an additional fee.  The hotel will not be held responsible for misdirected or lost packages.  *The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.

Is my credit card charged when I make a reservation?

Yes, your credit card will be charged either a deposit or the full amount of the stay depending on what rate you select.  Please check the terms and conditions of the reservation prior to confirming for the exact deposit which applies to your reservation.  Please note:  Reservations made with a declined or invalid credit card are subject to cancellation.

What are the cancellation terms on my reservation?

Cancellation terms and conditions are explained during the reservation process.  Our hotel policy is 72 hours prior to arrival you may cancel without penalty unless you reserve a non-cancellable or non-refundable reservation such as Advanced Purchase or Pay in Advance & Save.  Additionally group block reservations have a 7 day cancellation policy.  Cancellations made within cancellation period will forfeit the deposit on the reservation.

Can I make additional payments?

Yes, if you wish to make additional payments on your reservation please contact our reservations department reservations@staysky.com or 866-401-2699 and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I change my reservation at any time?

Any changes to your reservation can be made providing they are made within the terms of the cancellation policies & terms, please note that changes to a reservation can however result in rate changes.  To change or modify your reservation please email reservations@staysky.com or call 866-401-2699 and we will be happy to assist you.

Do you offer airport shuttle service?

We can arrange Resort Transportation.  Prices start from $50 one way for up to 5 people from Orlando International Airport to Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa.  To make a reservation for airport shuttle service please contact reservations at 866-401-2699 with all your flight information. We will then send you your transportation voucher; payment is required at time of booking this service.

How can I upgrade my room to a different room type?

If you decide to make a change to your reservation such as a room upgrade, we would be more than happy to help you.  Email reservations@staysky.com or call 866-401-2699 for availability and upgrade costs.

I want to make sure that I am on a low floor or high floor?

We are more than willing to add any special requests to your reservation but please note that these are always subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.  Please email reservations@staysky.com or note them at the time of your reservation.

Can I send packages or receive mail at the hotel?

*Please note:  For large or heavy packages or if the package needs the be held longer than 3 days before check-in there will be an additional charge.  Standard packages are 14’”x 14″ x 8’”and weigh 3.5lbs (or less).

 

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, while we love our furry friends we do not allow pets, however service animals with documentation are accepted.

Can I check-in early or check-out late?

We do not offer early check-in or late check-out in advance.  Please feel free to note your arrival time on your reservation but, we cannot guarantee early check-in will be available even if it is noted.  Once you arrive at the hotel you can request a late check-out with the front desk.  If available, there may be a nominal fee charged for late check-outs.

Do I have to pay for parking?

Parking is included in your daily resort fee for registered guests of the resort and is limited to two vehicles per suite.  Parking passes are required .

Do you have laundry service?

All suites include an in-suite washer and dryer.  If you require dry cleaning service, please visit the front desk for details.

What address do I use to get to the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa?

Most newer GPS units now recognize our resort address of 8113 Resort Village Drive, Orlando, FL 32821.  But, occasionally the address isn’t recognized, if this happens please use 15657 South Apopka Vineland Road, Orlando, FL, 32821, which is the address for the Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores located next door to the resort.

How many buildings are there at the resort?

There are 5 buildings at the resort, each with a variety of suites from one bedroom to four bedrooms.  Not all room types are available in every building.

Can I request a specific building?

You may add a special request to your reservation but please note that special requests cannot be guaranteed.  Keep in mind some suite types are not available in all buildings and therefore your request would not be able to be accommodated.

Can I request a pool view or firework view?

You would need to reserve the specific room type to guarantee it.  If the view room type is available for your requested dates it will display along with the standard room type.  We do not offer pool view or firework view on a special request basis.

Can you smoke in the suites?

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa is a non-smoking hotel.  You may smoke outside on your balcony only.  A cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is not followed.

Are there complimentary shuttles to the parks?

Theme Park Shuttle Service for Disney, Sea World and Universal is included with your Resort Fee, on a first-come, first-served basis.  Visit this page for shuttle details.  Reservations are required one day in advance.

Is the swimming pool heated?

Yes, our pools are heated seasonally based upon the pool and outside temperatures.

Do I need to book in advance to use the Reflections Spa?

It is highly advisable to schedule your spa services in advance to ensure your preferred time is available.  Call the Spa directly at 407-597-1695 to schedule your appointment for your spa services.

Do you offer any housekeeping services?

Housekeeping services can be scheduled with the front desk at least 24 hours in advance. There are three different types of service available to choose from Full Cleaning, Light Touch Service and Fresh Touch, visit this page for details.  You can schedule any housekeeping at the front desk once you arrive at the hotel.

Do you have any accessible suites?

We do offer handicapped accessible suites, please email reservations@staysky.com or call 866-401-2699 to reserve an accessible suite.

Do you have cribs?

Cribs are Pack n Play style and are provided complimentary, subject to request and availability. Please email reservations@staysky.com to ensure your special request for this is added into your reservation.

Can I have an extra bed in the suite?

Unfortunately we do not offer any extra rollaway beds; each suite can only accommodate the maximum number of guests indicated for that room type.

Is there internet access in all suites?

Wired Internet Access is included in your daily resort fee and is available in all guestrooms.  We do also offer a business center with computers available for a nominal fee (credit card required).

Can I purchase my theme park tickets at the resort?

Absolutely!  We offer a great concierge desk at this resort where you can purchase all your park tickets, dinner shows and sight-seeing tours.  For your convenience you can also purchase all your tickets prior to arrival by contacting our reservations department at 866-401-2699.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Lake Buena Vista Resort Village & Spa check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 11am.

Do all suites have a balcony?

Yes, all suites have their own private balcony furnished with a table and chairs.

I’ve left something at the hotel, do you have a lost and found contact?

Yes, absolutely.  Please email lostandfound@lbvorlandoresort.com with your name, room number if you have it, and a description of the items left behind.  We’ll be happy to assist.
