A: No, I’m sorry we do not allow pets other than permitted service animals.
Q: I see you have 5 buildings, are they different?
A: All of our rooms are furnished the same way, no difference from building to building. The only difference is location and some room types are not available in all buildings.
Q: What does the resort fee cover?
A: The resort fee covers the following services; parking, wi-fi, fitness room, pool towels, theme park shuttle and local phone calls.
Q: Do you sell theme park tickets?
A: Yes, we have a guest services desk that sells Walt Disney World Tickets plus all other theme parks, dinner theaters and excursions.
Q: Do you offer cribs and what is the charge?
A: Yes, we offer pack and plays at no charge, just note the request on your reservation.
Q: Who do I email for a special request?
A: Please email email@example.com for any special requests prior to your arrival.
Q: Do you accept package deliveries?
A: Yes, we accept package deliveries for a nominal fee but, will not be held responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.
Q: Do you offer airport shuttle service?
A: No, we do not but, we are happy to recommend Florida Dolphin Tours for all your transportation needs.
Q: Can the hotel accept packages for a guest not yet check-in?
A: There is a nominal handling fee of $5 per package, we do ask that packages arrive no earlier than 3 days before check-in. *The name on the package must match that of the resort reservation.
